Two years ago I hold our girl Coco dreaming of the day to hold her puppies. And here they are, more that I have ever imagine! The magnificent three 🙂

POMDELUXE proudly presents litter C!
On 28.4.2015 we were blessed with a wonderful litter of three puppies, one girl and two boys. First who came to the world was a girl aka POMDELUXE Cinderella, second was a boy aka POMDELUXE Carpe Diem and the last came the smallest boy, with just 84 grams aka POMDELUXE Copyright.
Puppies are sired by a wonderful white boy from Korea aka Lon of Lin Chi Tien and our girl POMDELUXE Amazing Grace aka Coco. Coco is being such a wonderful mother to the trio and I can’t wait to watch them grow.

Our boy POMDELUXE Big Bang will soon leave our home and go to cold Moscow, Russia to a home of an another pomeranian breeder. Hope he will contribute to their breeding program and make them happy. He is such a kiss machine and I’m sure he will spill kisses like a fountain also to them! Good luck my sweety!!!
Our girl POMDELUXE Barbie Doll lives now in Paris, France at the best family I could ever dream of for her 🙂 I’m sure she will make them happy and bring alot of joy in their lives, after all her new name is now Joy and like the new owners said-she will be princess of Paris-and I know she will. Good luck my little pumpkin!

On 19.10.2014 our new litter was born- one boy and one girl. They are so much alike that is really hard to tell them apart and thanks god they are different sex because otherwise it would be impossible 🙂
Boy aka POMDELUXE Big Bang was born first and that’s why we named him after the Big bang theory explaining the beginning of our universe. It was really the big bang when he poped out. Second was a girl aka POMDELUXE Barbie Doll, I think the explanation after whom she has got the name is unnecessary 😉 I’m sure it brings back mamories to all the girls playing with Barbie Dolls as a child 😉

Pomeranci so znani po svoji bujni dlaki in naslednji prispevek je namenjen vsem lastnikom pomerancev, ki si želijo, da bi tudi njihova kepica izgledala kot tisti na razstavah. Sledi 5 majhnih skrivnosti.
Ključ do bujne dlake, ne boste verjeli, je v prvi vrsti genetika! 🙂
Torej, če v DNK vašega pomeraneca ni sledi o bujni dlaki, potem bo ta cilj najverjetneje težko doseči. Bogato dlaka pomeranca sestavljata poddlaka in vrhnja oziroma krovna dlaka. Ravno poddlaka daje pomerancu njegovo značilno obliko in daje “podporo” krovni dlaki, da “stoji pokonci”.
Druga skrivnost je v razčesavanju poddlake. Temeljito razčesavanje pripore k odstraniti odvečne odmrle dlake, ki spodbuja rast nove, tako da z redno nego pripomorete k vse lepši dlaki in pa posledično manj dlakam v vašem stanovanju.
Pravilno striženje je skrivnost številka 3. S pravilnim striženjem po principu “malo tu-veliko tam” lahko zelo primorete k puhastemu izgledu vašega pomeranca. Striženje je potrebno prilagoditi vsakemu posameznemu psu in poudariti njegove prednosti ter skriti pomanjkljivosti.
Tudi hrana pripomore k lepši in sijoči dlaki-skrivnost številka 4.
Zadnja skrivnost pa je v poznavanju faz menjavanja dlake pomeranca. Pomeranci so znani po tako imenovani “puppy uglies” oziroma “monkeys”, ki nastopi pri različni starosti, ponavadi pa nekje med 3 in 6 meseci. Takrat pomeranci odvržejo mladičji puh in si niso nič kaj podobni, še huje, izgledajo prav grozno. To je normala faza v razvoju dlake pomeranca, tako da brez panike. Naslednje presenečenje je pri starosti enega leta, kjer ponovno odvržejo dlako. Pomeranec tako dobi svojo končno dlako pri nekje 2 letih, lahko pa tudi kasneje-nekateri celo pri 5 letih.
Gre pa poudariti, da pomeranca dlaka pozimi greje, poleti hladi, torej je naravni izolator in zmotno je prepričanje, da pomeranec s kratko dlako poleti manj trpi. Kvečjemu še bolj, saj ga dlaka ščiti tudi pred direktnim soncem in tako opeklinami kože.
Torej pustimo pomerance, da so tisto kar so- lušne puhaste kepice, poskrbimo le za pravilno nego.
